European Society for Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology
(ESCAD) is a democratic, non-commercial, non-profit making medical scientific Learned Society, which is registered in Paris.
ESCAD cooperates with other international and national cosmetic
dermatological societies. ESCAD aims to foster the highest standards of patient care in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology, and aims to facilitate continuing professional development and a friendly forum for the exchange of scientific research and innovative techniques.
ESCAD tries to bring together clinical dermatologists, academic dermatologists, and scientists working in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

European Society for Laser Dermatology (ESLD), dedicates itself to dermatological procedures performed not only with means relating to photons
and also electrical current technology.
Members of ESLD are mainly European Dermatologists of good standing with an extensive experience in these treatments. Before being accepted by the society, each candidacy has to be “sponsored” by a godfather who already belongs to ESLD. Every country in Europe has a national coordinator who also gives his/her opinion on the potential member.
The goal of ESLD is to teach excellence in standards of techniques to its members by all possible means.

World Association for Laser Applications (WALA), a non-profit organization was conceptualized in 2004 and established in 2007 to pursue the promotion of Research, Education, Clinical Applications and procedures in Medicine, Surgery, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, Neuroscience, Veterinary Medicine, Safety, New Instrumentation, Optical Diagnostics and to serve as catalyst in developing a regional hub for Photonics-Optoelectronic Industries in the GCC Countries, its neighbors including the Far East.
